At our City Centre Summit you told us how important local businesses are to our city’s future. Creating the right opportunities for businesses to launch, develop, upskill, and grow are vital to creating economic growth and strengthening our city centre experience for residents and visitors.
Porirua City is evolving and we want to make sure we’re able to influence how it changes and grows so that it’s an even better place to live, work, and raise a family in the future. We are currently fast-tracking a Growth Strategy that will run alongside our District Plan conversations, and help inform the rules and policies around how, and where we grow.
