The land owner and the person undertaking the work under a resource consent are responsible for meeting any conditions of the consent.
We monitor resource consent conditions to make sure they meet the requirements of the Resource Management Act 1991 and our District Plan.
If you don’t meet the resource consent conditions, we may take enforcement action.
