We’re reviewing our General Bylaw 1991 Part 20 - Trade Waste and intend to replace it with a new stand-alone bylaw.
The proposed Bylaw will better manage and control the negative effects of trade waste on the environment, people and wastewater treatment plant. Updating our Trade Waste Bylaw will enable us to:
