Porirua's biggest ward by area encompasses the communities of Whitby, Paremata, Plimmerton, Camborne, Papakōwhai, Pāuatahanui, Judgeford, Pukerua Bay and Pāekakariki Hill.
The ward includes both urban and semi-rural areas, and has a population of 20,800.
